This policy explains how Clean Compute uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session tokens) on cleancompute.eco and the client dashboard. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Your choices
Non-essential cookies are only set after you consent. You can accept, reject, or change your choices at any time — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary. Authentication and session cookies (set by our infrastructure provider) that keep you logged in, security and abuse-prevention tokens, and a record of your cookie choices. These are required for the Service to work and run on the basis of our legitimate interest; they cannot be switched off.
Analytics (consent required). Aggregated, privacy-friendly measurement of page views and site usage so we can improve the site. No advertising profiles, no cross-site tracking, no sale or sharing of data.
Preferences (consent required). Remembers non-essential UI choices such as dismissed notices and display settings.
What we never use. Advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social tracking pixels, data brokers, or any technology that sells or shares personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
3. Retention
Your consent record is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again. Session cookies expire when your login session ends or is refreshed. Analytics identifiers, where used, are short-lived and not linked to a named individual.
4. Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a "do not track" or global privacy control signal, which we honour as a rejection of non-essential cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break login and dashboard features.
